Remove a custom frequency for treatment tasks

If necessary, a practice manager can remove a custom frequency. For example, if the practice manager does not want staff to use the custom frequency, they can remove it.

To remove a custom frequency, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select Settings.

    Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
  2. Select Treatment frequencies.
  3. Select the horizontal ellipsis adjacent to the applicable custom frequency.

    Vet Radar shows the Delete button.
  4. Select Delete.

  5. Select OK.

    Vet Radar shows a confirmation message.
Vet Radar does not have the custom frequency.
