Custom frequencies

Change a custom frequency for treatment tasks

If necessary, a practice manager can change a custom frequency. For example, if one of the periods of the custom frequency is incorrect, the practice manager can change it.

Do this procedure to change a custom frequency.
Note: You cannot use the Vet Radar mobile app to do this procedure. You must use the web app.
  1. Select Settings.
    The Settings button
    Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
  2. Select Treatment frequencies.
  3. Select the applicable custom frequency.

    Vet Radar shows a pane that you can use to configure the custom frequency.
  4. Make the applicable changes.
  5. Select Save Changes.
    The Save Changes button
    Vet Radar shows a confirmation message:
The custom frequency has the changes.
