After you make an email, you can send it to all clients.
To make and send an email, do this procedure.
Note: Only practice managers can get access to the Mass Communications feature to make and send email.
Open Vello from ezyVet.
Select Mass Communications.
Vello shows a Mass Communications screen.
Select New Communication.
Note: if you want to make changes to a draft email, select the horizontal ellipsis ( ⋯ ) that shows adjacent to the applicable newsletter. Then select Edit:
Vello shows a Details dialog box.
In the Name box, enter a name for the email.
Note: The email name shows only to you and to other staff.
In the Description box, enter general information about the newsletter.
Note: The Description information shows only to you and other staff.
In the Email Subject box, enter an email subject.
Select Next.
Vello shows a Content dialog box. The dialog box has a content builder:
Add images and text.
If you want to add sections to the email, select Add Section as necessary.
To do a check of the newsletter content, select Preview.
When the newsletter content is prepared, select Next.
Vello shows a Recipients dialog box.
Select Send to all clients or Send a test as necessary.
Note: If you select Send a test, Vello shows a box that you use to enter the email address that will receive the test email.
