Vello: Appointment messaging and communication records

For each message that Vello automatically sends, ezyVet makes a communication record. Thus, ezyVet has a permanent record of messages that Vello sends.

To find and show Vello communication records:
  1. Use the Communication dashboard tab
  2. Set the Status filter of the dashboard tab to Done

Note: Communication records of Vello email messages show some of the full message.
Note: ezyVet shows communication records for Vello text messages only if you select the Mark As Done button in the Vello inbox. After you select Mark As Done, Vello syncs the applicable text message to an ezyVet communication record.
