Out-of-office autoreplies

Out-of-office autoreplies helps clients to know when your practice is not available. Vello sends autoreplies to clients as text messages.

When you configure an out-of-office autoreply, you select the days and times that your practice is available. Each time that a client sends a text message at times that your practice is not available, Vello sends an autoreply back to them. The Out of Office Responses section of the Text Messages screen shows your practice's available times:

During times that your practice is not available, the Vello inbox shows a Clients will receive automated responses to their texts message:

General steps to use out-of-office autoreplies

You can use autoreplies after you complete three easy steps:
