Mobile phone numbers that are available for Vello text messaging
If a person has a mobile phone number in a client contact record in ezyVet, you can use Vello to send and receive text messages with them.
The Contact Methods section of a client contact record in ezyVet can show more than one mobile phone number. For example, if a client has two mobile phone numbers, the Contact Methods section shows the mobile phone numbers.
Most times, the mobile phone numbers in a client contact record are for the applicable client. But other persons can also have phone numbers in the client contact record (for example, an emergency contact or a pet sitter).
If you set Type to Mobile for a mobile phone number in the Contact Methods section, you can use the phone number for client text messaging.

If you enter information in the Name box for a primary phone number, the information does not show adjacent to the name of the client in the messages list. Name box and messages example 2 shows a primary phone number in the Contact Methods section that has information in the Name box. The applicable message in the Vello message list does not show the Name box information adjacent to the name of the client.

To send and receive text messages with a person, you can select a mobile phone number in the Additional Contacts section.
