Find who added a medication to a clinical record

Many organizations have staff who are approved to use a doctor's identity to add a prescribed medication to a clinical record. Organizations use this method for staff who are not approved to prescribe the medication directly. Thus, the name that shows in the Prescriber column of a Medication record is possibly not the person who added the medication to the clinical record.

To find the correct person who added the medication, do this procedure.
