Find callback records of a staff member

When a staff member does a client callback, ezyVet makes a communication record of the callback.

To find the communication records of the client callbacks that a staff member made, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.
    The Dashboard tab
  2. Select Communication.
    The Communication tab
    ezyVet shows message settings.
  3. In the For/From User box, select the applicable staff member.

  4. In the Communication Methods section, select the Phone button.
