ezyVet shows an Associated user is required error when you try to save a contact record

The contact record is a staff member type but does not have an applicable user account selected

ezyVet has many different types of contact record. One contact record type is for staff members. To set a contact record as a staff member type, you:
  1. Set Contact Type to Staff Member
  2. Use the Associated User box in the contact record settings to select the ezyVet user account of the applicable staff member
  3. Save the contact record

If you do step one but do not do step two, ezyVet shows an Associated user is required error when you try to save the contact record.

Use the Associated User box to select an applicable ezyVet user account

The Associated User box is in the Details tab of the applicable contact record. After you set Contact Type to Staff Member, use Associated User to select the ezyVet user account of the applicable staff member. Then, save the contact record.
