Preferred Reminder Method needs to be defined when you try to save a staff contact record:
The record properties of a contact record have an incorrect setting
The record properties of a contact record include a Preferred Reminder
Method setting:
If a practice manager sets Preferred Reminder Method to
Required, ezyVet will
show the error and you cannot save the staff
contact record.
Note: ezyVet will let a practice
manager set Preferred Reminder Method to
Required. But if they do, ezyVet will always show the error and you cannot
save the contact record. Thus, ezyVet has no
method to set a preferred reminder method that is mandatory for a staff contact record.
Make the correct settings
A practice manager or a person with the necessary administrator permissions must do these steps.
- Select Admin.
- In the settings list, select Settings.
- Select Record Properties.
- Select Properties: Contact.ezyVet shows the properties of contact records.
- Select Save.
