Get access to technical information of printed documents

When your staff use ezyPrint to send documents to a printer, ezyVet records technical information about each document. If your staff have problems with ezyPrint, you can send the technical information to ezyVet customer support.

Make sure that your ezyVet site has a configured ezyPrint integration.
The technical information that you can get access to includes:
  • The time and date of when a person sent the document to the printer
  • The person who sent the document to the printer
  • The printer name
  • The status of the document

To get access to the information, do this procedure.

  1. Select Admin.

  2. In the settings list, select Integration.

  3. Select Integrations.

    The left sidebar shows the configured integrations of your ezyVet site.
  4. Find and select the configured ezyPrint integration.
    ezyVet shows the settings of the integration.
  5. Select Print Queue.
