The line item of an invoice that shows in the invoicing screen can show a print mode button. Use the print mode to controls the line item information that a printed invoice shows.

Note: Before you can use the print mode button to change the output of a printed invoice, a practice manager must activate the Override Product Bundle Print Mode setting of your user account. If a practice manager does not activate Override Product Bundle Print Mode, the print mode button is not available for you to select.

The print mode button has three functions. Select the button to change its function. When you change the function, the print mode button shows a different icon.

This table gives information about each function of the print mode button:
