Change the sequence of invoice line items

If you want the line items of an invoice to show a different sequence, you can change the sequence.

To change the sequence of invoice line items and invoice line item groups, do this procedure.

Note: This procedure also changes the sequence in the printed invoice.

Note: You cannot change the sequence of the line items of a line item group.

Open the applicable invoice.
If necessary, unapprove the invoice.
Select and drag the move handle of the applicable invoice line item.
Select Save.
ezyVet shows a confirmation message:

ezyVet shows the new sequence in the invoicing screen and in the printed invoice.
