Change the set of columns that invoices show and their sequence

If some invoice columns are not necessary to show, you can hide them. Or if you want some columns to show before other columns, you can change the column sequence.

To change the columns, do this procedure.
Note: This procedure does not change the invoice column sequence of printed invoices.
Note: This procedure changes the invoice column sequence for your user account only. A practice manager can configure the sequence that invoices show for all user accounts.
  1. Open the applicable invoice.
  2. Select the gear button that shows at the top of the invoice.

  3. Drag the move handle that is adjacent to the applicable column name to change its sequence.

    Note: The Customize Invoice Columns dialog box has a Reset Table button. If you select Reset Table:
    1. ezyVet closes the dialog box
    2. ezyVet sets the invoice column sequence and the columns shown to the configuration that a practice manager made for all user accounts
  4. Select SAVE.
