The Invoice/Credit Summary report

Use the Invoice/Credit Summary report to show a list of invoices and short information about each invoice. As a result, you can quickly and easily know the most important information about each invoice.

The report output includes this information for each invoice:
  • The client and the code of their contact record
  • The invoice number
  • The invoice status (for example Pending or Approved)
  • The total debit quantity and credit quantity
  • The tax rate
  • The invoice due date
  • The invoice department
  • The payment terms
The report output can include the tags of tag categories that invoices have. To include the tag categories, use the Include Tag Categories settings:

Note: The report output does not include inherited tags of invoices.

Filters of the report

The report has many filters that you can use to show specified information only. Examples of information that you can use the filters to show includes:
  • Invoice of one staff member
  • Invoices of one client
  • Invoices that staff made in a date range
  • Approved invoices only or invoices that have the not ready for billing (NRB) status
  • Invoices that are fully paid only

You can use many of the filters at the same time. For example, use the filters to show approved invoices that are fully paid for June of 2023 and for one client.
