A syndicate contact record has a special function that is applicable to a syndicate.

1. Select Contacts.
   
   ezyVet shows the New Contact screen.
2. In the Contact Type section, select Business.
   
3. In the Contact Type section, select Syndicate.
   
4. In the Business Name box, enter a name for the syndicate.
   
5. Enter the remaining necessary information for the contact record (for example, a physical address and email address).
   
6. Select Save.
   
   ezyVet shows a confirmation message:
