The inventory input screen

The inventory input screen (inventory counts)

When you do an inventory count, ezyVet Scan shows an inventory input screen. Use the screen to add products to an inventory count and to make changes to an inventory count.

The image and the table that follow show the functions of the inventory input screen when you do an inventory count:

1The back button.
2The inventory location for the inventory count.
3A product record. ezyVet Scan shows:
  • The name of the product
  • The product code
  • The product barcode if applicable
  • The batch number if applicable
  • Quantity buttons

If you select a product record, ezyVet Scan shows a product information pane that has more information about the product.

4The Submit button. Select Submit to complete an inventory count.
5The view from the device camera. Use the device camera to scan product barcodes to add products to an inventory count.
6The search button. Select the search button to show the Product search screen. Use the Product search screen to find products.
7The notes button. Select the notes button to add general information to inventory count.
8The flashlight button. Select the flashlight button to make your device's flashlight come on.
9Quantity buttons. Select the quantity buttons to change the quantity of a product of an inventory count.
The inventory input screen shows products that you added to an inventory count. If you select a product record, the inventory input screen shows a product information pane with more information about the product:

  • The product name
  • The product code
  • The product barcode
2The inventory location of the product.
3The quantity of the product at the inventory location.
4Quantity buttons. Select the quantity buttons to change the quantity of a product of an inventory count.
5The remove button. Select the remove button to remove the product from the inventory count.
6The adjusted quantity of the product.
