Filters of product search screens in ezyVet Scan

Product search screens in ezyVet Scan have filters that you can use to quickly and easily find specified products. For example, you can use the filters to find only vaccination products.

Applicable search screens have a filter button. When you select the filter button, ezyVet Scan shows a Filter Products pane. The Filter Products pane shows the filters that you can use to change the products that a screen shows.

This table has information about each filter and its function:
FilterFunction
AllUse the All filter to show all products.
StandardsUse the Standards filter to show products that have the Standard type.
MedicationsUse the Medications filter to show medication products.
ProceduresUse the Procedures filter to show products that are related to clinical procedures.
DiagnosticsUse the Diagnostics filter to show diagnostic products that are related to diagnostic tests.
VaccinationsUse the Vaccinations filter to show vaccination products.
Note: You cannot select more than one filter.

Product search screens and inventory-tracked products

If a practice manager did not configure inventory tracking for a product record:
  • Product search screens show Not Tracked adjacent to the applicable record
  • You cannot add the product to an inventory transfer or an inventory count
The Filter Products pane has an Only show tracked inventory items setting. If you enable Only show tracked inventory items, the Product Search screen only shows inventory-tracked products.
