Remove a patient from an appointment

If necessary, you can remove a patient from an appointment (for example, if a staff member added the patient to the appointment accidentally).

To remove a patient from an appointment, do this procedure.
Note: You cannot remove the initial patient of the appointment.
  1. Open the calendar.
    ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
  2. Select the applicable appointment.
    ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
  3. Select Continue Appointment.

  4. Move the horizontal bar of the applicable patient to the left.

  5. Select the remove button.

ezyVet Go removes the patient from the appointment.
