Change the client of a client-only appointment type

When you make an appointment, you must select an appointment type. If you do not know the patient of an appointment, you can select a client-only appointment type. If necessary, you can change the client of a client-only appointment type (for example, if you selected the incorrect client). Thus, it is not necessary to remove the appointment and make a different appointment.

To change the client of a client-only appointment type, do this procedure.
  1. Open the calendar.
    ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
  2. Select the applicable appointment.
    ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
  3. Select Contact.

  4. Select Contact*.

    ezyVet Go shows the Contact screen.
    If ezyVet Go does not show the Contact * box, you did not initially select a client-only appointment type.
  5. Select the applicable client.
The appointment has the different client.
