Add other staff or equipment to an appointment

When you make an appointment, you must select the veterinarian of the appointment. ezyVet Go shows the appointment on the calendar of the veterinarian. You can add other staff members, rooms, or equipment to the appointment if they are necessary to complete the appointment. As a result, ezyVet Go shows the appointment on their calendars.

To add other staff or equipment to an appointment, do this procedure.
  1. Open the calendar.
    ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
  2. Select the applicable appointment.
    ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
  3. Select Additional Resources*.

  4. Select the applicable staff members, rooms, or equipment.

  5. Select the back button.

The appointment has the changes. ezyVet Go shows the appointment in the calendars of the selected staff members, rooms, or equipment.
