Send an estimate of an invoice

Before you complete an appointment, ezyVet Go shows an estimate of the client's invoice of the appointment. If necessary, you can send the estimate of the invoice to the client (for example, you can send an email that has the estimate of the invoice).

To send an estimate, do this procedure.
  1. Open the calendar.
    ezyVet Go shows the calendar appointments.
  2. Select the applicable appointment.
    ezyVet Go shows the Overview screen.
  3. Select Start Appointment.

  4. Select Continue.

  5. Select Continue.

  6. Select the share button.

  7. Make the settings as necessary.
  8. Select Print.

  9. Select Share.

  10. Select the applicable method to send the estimate of the invoice.
    For example, select the email button to send an email.

  11. In the To box, enter the client's email address.

  12. In the Subject box, enter applicable information about the email.

  13. Select the send button.

ezyVet Go sends an email with the estimate of the invoice to the client.
