Picklist troubleshooting

Picklists have missing content

Do this troubleshooting if a picklist of a document template has missing content that prevents selection of picklist items:

A practice manager configured the picklist with style formatting

Style formatting changes the style of text content. For example, bold formatting changes text to bold. You cannot use style formatting with a picklist of a document template. For example, if a practice manager set bold formatting for a picklist item, the picklist shows missing content.

A practice manager could set style formatting when they added the picklist source text to the document template. For example, they could use the B button of the template editor to set bold formatting:

Remove the style formatting

Speak your practice manager and tell them to remove the style formatting from the configured picklist.
