Selection of picklist items occurs intermittently
Do this troubleshooting if ezyVet does not put the applicable content into a document after you select a picklist item.
The template editor has the spell checker enabled
The spell checker feature of ezyVet's template editor can interfere with the formatting of the template's content.
In the template editor, select the spell checker button. Then, select
Disable SCAYT.
