Dialog boxes of a clinical record show an incorrect pain score value

When you open an applicable dialog box in a clinical record, the Pain Score setting shows an initial maximum value:

Do this procedure if the setting shows an incorrect value.

A species record has a configured maximum pain scoreCopy

ezyVet has two possible methods that a practice manager can use to configure the maximum pain score that ezyVet uses for a species:
  • The maximum pain score of all species of a site
  • The maximum pain score of one species

The maximum pain score that a practice manager configures for a species record will always override the pain score configured for a site.

Configure each applicable species record with the necessary maximum pain scoreCopy

A practice manager must configure the species records. If necessary, speak to your practice manager.
