A client receives unwanted automatic reminders about a patient

A staff member incorrectly removed an interested contact from a patient record

An interested contact can receive automatic reminders about an applicable patient. If you or did not use the correct procedure to remove an interested contact from a patient record, the client continues to receive reminders.

Make the necessary setting in the patient record

Do this procedure to the stop automated reminders.

  1. Select Patients.
    The Patients tab
    ezyVet shows the patient records of your site.
  2. Find and select the applicable patient record.
  3. Select Details.

  4. Go to the Other Details section.

  5. In the Other Interested Contacts box, select the contact record of the person who receives the unwanted reminders.

    Important: Do not select the override reminders checkbox that is adjacent to the Other Interested Contacts box:

  6. Select Save.
    The Save button
