Available reports in ezyVet

ezyVet has many different types of report. Each report has a different function and shows different types of information.

This table gives the information that each report shows:
Report nameInformation
Aged ReceivablesShows:
  • Clients who have an owing balance
  • Clients who have a debtor balance
  • The quantity that each client owes
  • The contact code of each client
  • The email address of each client
The report can also show client information of a date range.
AgendaShows appointments of the specified period.
The report has filters that you can use to show different appointment information. For example:
  • A staff member's appointments for the month
  • The time of each appointment
  • Each appointment type
  • The content of the Reason for appointment box of each appointment
AnimalsShows a list of all animals that includes this information for each animal:
  • Vaccination
  • Status
  • Owner
  • Microchip number
  • Most recent visit
  • Species
  • Age
  • Color
  • Notes
  • Sex
  • Demeanor status
Appointment StatusShows the time that a patient was in an appointment. The report also shows the related appointment status of each time.
Appointment TypeShows:
  • All appointment types in the specified period
  • The number of appointments
  • The average appointment time in minutes
  • The total appointment time in minutes
Approve InvoicesShows:
  • All clients who have invoices
  • The invoices that are necessary to approve

You also can use the report to select the invoices that are necessary to approve.

BackorderShows:
  • Products that staff ordered
  • Products that the organization did not receive
BoardingShows all boarding bookings.
Cancelled AppointmentsShows:
  • All canceled appointments
  • The staff member who canceled the each appointment
  • Information about each cancellation
  • The time of the cancellation
Charge Late Fees/InterestUse this report to charge interest on overdue accounts.
Clinical Note ApprovalUse the filters of this report to make a report of all clinical note records.
Consult MetricsA special report that you can only use with ezyVet's student verification system. The report shows clinical records. And you can use a set of filters to show clinical records that have different types of information. For example, use the filters to show:
  • Clinical records that have the specified clinical case team
  • Clinical records that have the specified assigned person
  • The number of clinical records that have the specified master problem
  • Clinical records that have the specified procedure
Note: You can get access to the Consult Metrics report only if your site uses the ezyVet student verification system.
ContactsShows all contact records. The report includes:
  • Physical address information
  • Postal address information
  • The type of contact record (for example, a client contact record)
  • Notes of the contact record
  • The time that a person made the contact record
  • The time that a person changed the information of the contact record
Controlled DrugShows information about controlled drugs. The report includes:
  • Date and time
  • The patient that staff administered the drug to
  • The staff member who dispensed the drug

You can also select a date range for the report information.

Credit RatingShows:
  • The balance of each client
  • The shortest period to pay of each client
  • The longest period to pay of each client
  • The average time to pay of each client
  • The credit rating of each client
CreditorsShows all suppliers that have a related credit on their account.
Customer Invoice StatisticsShows:
  • How much each client spends
  • Total revenue of your organization
  • Gross profits of your organization
  • Total number of invoices
  • Average spend of each invoice
  • Average spend of each invoice line item
Customer Revenue SpendShows the quantity that each client spends in the specified period. The report can also compare the quantity with a different period.
Tip: You can use this report to show the spend difference between financial years.
Customer Revenue Spend TrendShows a list of all clients that can include:
  • The quantity that each client spends each month
  • The quantity that each client spends each year

The report also calculates the average quantity and total quantity that each client spends.

Disabled RecordsShows all disabled records. You can also select a date range for the information.
Email ExportShows a list of all email addresses of contact records.
End of Day TotalsShows quantities for:
  • Pending invoices
  • Approved invoices
  • Payment types
  • Open debtor balances
  • Closing debtor balances
Note: You cannot use the End of Day Totals report with more than one department at the same time.
End Of Day WizardShows:
  • Pending invoices
  • Unallocated payments
  • Unallocated credits
  • Payment reconciliation information

You can also select a department and a date range for the information.

You can also use the End Of Day Wizard report to:
  • Approve many invoices at the same time
  • Unapprove many invoices at the same time
  • Allocate many payments at the same time
  • Allocate credit for many records at the same time
Estimate StatusShows:
  • All estimates
  • The status of each estimate
  • Information about the prices of each estimate
  • Information about comments of each estimate
Expired InventoryShows all expired products.
Financial SummaryShows a short financial information about your organization. The information can include:
  • Invoice transactions
  • Payment transactions
  • A specified date range
Tip: If you select a transaction of the report, ezyVet shows the related source record.
Inventory MovementShows product inventory adjustments and inventory movements. (For example, the report can show the sales and purchases of a product for a given period.)
Inventory OrderingShows products and product groups with information that includes:
  • The name and code of each product
  • The available quantity that is in inventory
  • The quantity ordered
  • The remaining quantity to order
Inventory TakeShows:
  • Products that are inventory-tracked
  • The inventory quantity of each product

Use this report to do an inventory count.

Inventory TransferShows a report of inventory transfer items.
Inventory ValueShows all products that are in your organization's inventory. The report can include:
  • Product codes
  • Product names
  • The quantity of each product that is in inventory
  • The total inventory value
Invoice LinesShows:
  • All invoice line items
  • The discount quantity of each invoice line item
  • The price adjustment reason of each discount
  • The staff member who set each discount
You can also select a client and date range for the report.
Tip: Use a spreadsheet app (for example, Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice Calc) to sort the data.
Invoice Revenue By GroupShows invoice revenue that is related to:
  • Salesperson
  • Product
  • Product group
  • Department

You can also use this report to calculate staff commission data.

Invoice/Credit SummaryShows:
  • All invoices of a specified period
  • All credit notes of a specified period
  • composite tax rate information
KPI ExportShows revenue that is related to key performance indicators.
Mass PaymentUse this report to do many payments at the same time.
Merge LogShows all merged products. Each product shows:
  • The time of the merge
  • The source record and target record of the merge
Merge Unapproved InvoicesShows all clients that have unapproved invoices. You can also use this report to merge the unapproved invoices.
Overdue Balance LetterShows all clients that have an overdue balance.

You can also use this report to send an email reminder.

Payment Allocations To DivisionsShows:
  • All payment methods that are related to each department
  • The quantity paid with the related payment method for a specified period
Payment Revenue By GroupShows:
  • Payment related to salesperson
  • Payment related to product
  • Payment related to product group
  • Payment related to department

You can also use this report to calculate staff commission data.

Payment SummaryShows:
  • All payment methods
  • The quantity paid with the related payment method for a specified period
Performance SummaryShows key performance indicators (for example, the total dollar quantity of invoices for each staff member). You can select a date range for the report.
Print Combined InvoiceShows all invoices of a specified client.
Print InvoicesShows the invoices of a client for the specified period.
Product PricingShows:
  • All products
  • The product group of each product
  • The buy cost of each product
  • The sell cost of each product
  • The markup of each product
  • The dispense fee of each product
Product Revenue SpendShows:
  • All products
  • The quantity that each client spent for each product in a specified period

The report can also compare the quantity that clients spent in different periods.

Product Revenue Spend TrendShows:
  • All products
  • The monthly cost of each product
  • The year cost of each product
  • The average cost of a product for a specified period
  • The total cost of a product for a specified period
ProductsShows all products and important information of each product. The information includes:
  • Product name
  • Product code
  • Product cost
  • Related product group
  • Applicable department
Products BilledShows:
  • All products sold in a specified period
  • The quantity of each product sold
This report shows information that is applicable to inventory ordering. Thus:
  • The report shows information about the contained items of product containers
  • The report does not show information about the product containers
Products Billed To CustomersShows:
  • All products sold in a specified period
  • The quantity of each sold product
  • The client of each sold product
  • The patient of each sold product
  • The cost of each sold product
  • A summary of the total quantity
Note: This report does not include information about product containers.
Purchase Order InfoShows:
  • All client purchase orders
  • Each purchase order number
  • The client of each purchase order
  • The total dollar value of each purchase order
  • The status of each purchase order
  • The related invoice information of each purchase order
PurchasesShows:
  • All purchases
  • The date of each purchase
  • The order number of each purchase
  • The quantity of each purchase
  • The received invoice of each purchase
ReceiptsShows:
  • All invoices in a date and time sequence
  • The number of each invoice
  • The items of each invoice
  • The total dollar quantity of each invoice
  • The payment number of each invoice
  • The payment date of each invoice
  • The payment method of each invoice
  • The dollar quantity of each payment
You can use the filters of the report to select:
  • A client
  • A date range
Receive Invoice ItemsShows:
  • All received invoices
  • All line items of each received invoice
Receive InvoicesShows all received invoices.
Received InvoicesShows:
  • Invoices that are related to suppliers
  • Dates of each invoice
  • The purchase order of each invoice
  • The dollar quantity of each received invoice in a specified period
Record Filter CountsUse this report to:
  • Select many saved filters of the Records dashboard
  • Make one report that shows the number of records of each filter
Note: This report shows the number of records of each filter only. It does not show other types of information. To show other types of information, use the Records dashboard directly.
Referral Statistics Shows statistics about the veterinary organizations and veterinarians who referred patients to your organization in a specified period. The report shows:
  • The date of the last referral
  • The date of the referral before the last one
  • The period between the two referrals

If there is only one referral, ezyVet cannot calculate a period between referrals. And the column for the period between referrals shows N/A.

The report also shows the number of referrals to your organization in these periods:
  • The six months before the end date that you selected
  • The 12 months before the end date that you selected
  • The 24 months before the end date that you selected
And the report shows the average number of referrals in the 12 months before the end date that you selected.
Note: To calculate the referral statistics, ezyVet uses the total number of appointments.
Referrer RevenueShows:
  • Client revenue from each veterinary clinic referral
  • Each referring veterinary clinic
  • The veterinarian of each veterinary clinic referral
  • The client of each veterinary clinic referral
  • The applicable patient of each veterinary clinic referral
  • The total dollar quantity of each veterinary clinic referral
Send InvoicesShows approved invoices that are necessary for clients to pay.

You can also use this report to send an email reminder.

SMS BroadcastUse this report to:
  • Make an SMS message
  • Select the clients to send the message to
Staff SalesShows:
  • All staff members of your organization
  • The invoices that each staff member made
  • The date of each invoice
  • The revenue of each staff member
  • The gross profit of each staff member
Note: The report includes these columns:
  • T/O (turnover, which is the total revenue)
  • G/P \$ (shows gross profit as a dollar value)
  • G/P % (shows gross profit as a percentage)
Standard PaymentShows the payment information that is related to a payment integration. You can use this report for reconciliation of payment records.
StatementsShows:
  • All clients
  • The statements of each client
  • General information about the client
  • The email address of each client
  • The balance of each statement
  • The sent date of each statement
  • The default terms of each statement
  • The direct debit date of each statement

You can also use this report to show a PDF document of each statement and send it to to an applicable client.

Stop Credit SummaryShows:
  • Clients that are on a stop sales list because they have unpaid invoices
  • Clients that have a credit warning
Note: The balance that this report shows is accurate when you do the report.
Taxable SalesShows:
  • Dollar quantities of items invoiced for a specified period
  • Dollar quantities of items invoiced for a specified tax code
  • The quantity of tax collected in a period
Note: This report shows the data of approved invoices only.
TimeClockShows time clock records.
Unapplied Payments and CreditsShows clients that do not have credits or payments added to their account.
Unbilled Consult AppointmentsShows all appointments of clinical records that do not have a related invoice.
User Target SummaryShows a summary of user targets.
VaccinationsShows:
  • Each patient that has a vaccination
  • The product name of each vaccination
  • The batch number of each vaccination
  • The date that a staff member gave each vaccination
  • The owner of each patient
Wellness Outstanding PaymentsShows unpaid client invoices of wellness plans.
Wellness Plan UseShows information about wellness plan memberships. The information includes:
  • The name of each wellness plan
  • Each patient and client
  • Available benefits of each plan
  • Used benefits of each plan
  • Remaining benefits of each plan
Note: The output of the Wellness Plan Use report includes information about wellness plan memberships:
  • For patient records that are disabled
  • For configured wellness plans that a practice manager disabled
Work TypeShows a pie chart of:
  • All staff members of your organization
  • The appointment types of each staff member for a specified period
