ezyVet can automatically send you memos when it completes a report. The memo tells you that the report output is available for you to download and open. If necessary, you can stop the memos.

1. In the quick links area, select the user account button.
   
2. Select Manage Account.
   
   ezyVet shows your user account settings.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
   
4. Go to the Memo Settings section.
   
5. Set Receive Memos for Reports to None.
6. Select Save.
