Report file formats
Some ezyVet reports have different file formats that you can select in the report settings. Each file format changes how ezyVet shows the report output.
The table that follows gives each report file format and its function.

| Excel | Use Excel format if you want to use Microsoft Excel to make changes to the report output. |
| CSV | Use CSV format if you want to make changes to the report output. To make changes, you can use Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet apps (for example, LibreOffice Calc). Note: ezyVet customer support recommends that you use CSV format for reports that have a large quantity of data. |
| HTML | Use HTML format:

| Use PDF if it is not necessary to make changes to the report output. PDF is also usually applicable if you want to send the report to other staff. | |
| DAT | DAT format is available as an output format for ASAP versions of the Controlled Drug report. |
