Records dashboard: About changes and export of search results

After you use the Records dashboard tab to find records, you can change the records shown in the search results. And you can also use the search results to do other related tasks (for example, send messages or export data).

ezyVet shows the tasks that you can do in the Action list of the Perform Action section:
The Perform Action section
The Action list shows tasks that are applicable to the record type that you select. For example, if you select the Invoice record type, ezyVet shows tasks that include invoice approval or unapproval. Or if you select the Patient record type, ezyVet shows tasks that include selection of a different species or a different demeanor status.

Export search results of the Records dashboard

You can export the search results of the Records dashboard to a file. You can open the file in a dedicated app to read and examine the data, and send the file to other persons.

These are the file types that you can use to export the records:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • CSV
  • HTML
  • PDF
You can export search results from these record types:
  • Patient
  • Appointment
  • Consult
  • Contact
  • Communication
  • Diagnostic Request
  • Invoice
  • Invoice Line
  • Product
  • Receive Invoice
  • Receive Invoice Item

When you export search results, ezyVet shows settings that you can use to control the data shown in the exported file. The settings are applicable to the record type. For example, the settings for the Appointment record type are different to the settings for the Invoice record type.
