Export search results of the Records dashboard

You can export the search results of the Records dashboard tab to a file. Then, you can open the file in a dedicated app to examine the data and send the file to other persons.

To export the search results, do this procedure.
Note: You can export only some types of records.
Note: This procedure gives only a general procedure about export of the search results.
Note: This procedure uses patient records as an example. ezyVet shows different settings for different types of records.
  1. Use the Records dashboard to find and show the applicable records.

  2. Select the applicable records.

  3. In the Perform Action section, select All or Selected.

    Note: To do an export of all records of the search results, select All. To do an export of only the records that you select, select Selected.
  4. In the Action list, select the applicable export button.
    Note: The applicable export button usually has Export in the button name. For example, if you set Record Type of the Records interface to Patient, the Action list shows an Export - Patients button:

  5. Select Action.

  6. Select the necessary settings. Then select Queue Report.

ezyVet puts the completed report in your device's downloads folder.
