Use ezyVet's in-person signature feature to
quickly and easily configure electronic signatures for many different types of documents.
After you configure a document's source template to use an in-person signature, a client can
enter their electronic signature in the document. It is not necessary for you to print the
document and get a physical signature from the client.

After the client enters and saves their electronic signature, ezyVet automatically saves the completed document as an
attachment in the applicable record.
Tip: You would usually use an in-person signature with a client who is in the
same room. To use an electronic signature with a client who is in a different location,
you can use a remote signature. For more information, refer to About remote signatures.

Document template settings for in-person signatures
An ezyVet document template has a Use
in-person signature capture setting. If you select Use
in-person signature capture, you can add a maximum of three
applicable template variables to the template. A client can enter one electronic

Note: When you select Use in-person signature capture,
ezyVet does not automatically add the applicable
template variables to the template. You must manually add the template
variables.
