Before staff members can use in-person signatures, a practice manager must configure the applicable document templates.

1. In the Number of signatures (3 Max) box, enter the maximum number of in-person signatures of the document template.
   
2. In the document template content, enter the applicable template variables the necessary number of times.
   

   Note: For information about the applicable template variabl

   Note: You can enter the template variables the number of times that you entered in step 6.

   Tip: You can put the template variables in a different location of the document template content.

   Note: Do not use text formatting with the template variables. (For example, do not use bold or italic formatting.)
3. Select Save.
