About communication tasks
A communication task is an ezyVet feature that helps you to automatically make and send many messages for clients. Communication tasks decrease the manual work that staff do to make and send client messages.

Communication tasks can use different message types. For example, communication tasks can make email messages, SMS messages, and letters that staff can print and send. To use the different message types, the client contact records must have the necessary message type information. For example, before a communication task can make email messages for a client, you must enter an email address in their contact record.
One configured communication task can use more than one message type. For example, one communication task can automatically make email messages, SMS messages, and letters.
