You can remove a workflow task from a patient sheet (for example, if a workflow task is not necessary for a patient's clinical care).

1. Go to the workflow whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Select the + button that is adjacent to the workflow tasks.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Workflow management pane.
4. Select the horizontal ellipsis (⋯) of the applicable workflow task.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Delete button.
   
   
5. Select Delete.
   Vet Radar removes the task.
6. Select Save Changes.
