A practice manager can configure different staffed hours for the same day. For example, if your organization closes for one hour for lunch, you can configure two different periods of staffed hours. As a result, the patient sheet shows the two different periods of staffed hours for the applicable day. And if staff enable the Limit to staffed hours only setting, Vet Radar only schedules recurring treatment tasks during the staffed hours.

1. Select Settings.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Settings screen.
2. Select Staffed hours.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Set staffed hours screen.
3. Make sure that the Enable using staffed hours setting is enabled.
   
4. Make sure that the Open 24 hours setting is disabled for the applicable day.
   
5. Set the applicable staffed hours for the first period.
6. Select Add hours.
   
   Vet Radar shows two boxes that you can use to select the staffed hours:
   
   
7. Use the two boxes to select the start time and the end time of the staffed hours.
8. Select Save Changes.
