A practice manager can configure Vet Radar to automatically lock if a staff member does not use Vet Radar for a specified period. But if necessary, you can manually lock Vet Radar. As a result, a other staff members cannot make changes to Vet Radar unless they sign in.

1. Select the user account button.
   
   Vet Radar shows more settings.
2. Select Switch User/Lock Vet Radar.
   

Vet Radar is locked. Vet Radar shows the Unlock with PIN screen. To use Vet Radar again, you must unlock Vet Radar. If your user account has a PIN, you can use the PIN to unlock Vet Radar. As an alternative, you can use your email address and password.

Note: If you did not set a PIN, Vet Radar shows the Sign in using Email screen. And you must use your email address and password to sign in again.
