About password sign-in for Vet Radar
To sign in to Vet Radar, you must enter an email address and a password. When you sign in to Vet Radar for the first time, you must use your email address and password.
Note: You must use a real email address that can send and receive emails.
Your password must have:
- A minimum of 10 characters
- A minimum of one uppercase letter
- A minimum of one lowercase letter
- A minimum of one number
- A minimum of one special character (for example, ! and $)
If you forget your password, you can change it. If you change your password and you have a PIN, you must also change your PIN at the same time.
Note: A password for a Vet Radar user account has a life of six months. Thus, after six months it is necessary to change your password. When a password change is necessary, Vet Radar automatically shows a warning message that tells you.
