About PIN sign-in for Vet Radar

To sign in to Vet Radar, you usually enter your email address and a password. As an alternative method, you can use PIN sign-in. For example, if you locked Vet Radar, you can user your PIN to sign-in again. And different staff can use PIN sign-in to sign in to Vet Radar on the same device quickly and easily.

The first time that you sign in to Vet Radar with a new device, Vet Radar tells you to set a PIN:
The Set up PIN screen
Your PIN:
  • Must have exactly five numbers
  • Cannot use only one number (for example, 11111)
  • Cannot use a numerical order (for example, 12345)
Note: The PIN sign-in method is for a single device. If you sign in to a different device, you must set your PIN again.

When you use the PIN sign-in method, you have a maximum of 10 attempts. If you enter the incorrect PIN 10 times, you must use your username and password to sign in. After you sign in, Vet Radar shows the Set up Pin screen again.

If you change your password, Vet Radar automatically removes your PIN. The next time that you use your email address and password to sign in to Vet Radar, Vet Radar shows the Set up Pin screen again.
