Start SMS registration

Before you can use Vello text messaging, you must start SMS registration, then wait until it is completed.

To start registration, do this procedure.

Open Vello from ezyVet.
In the Complete Brand Registration box, select Register Now.
Vello shows an SMS Safe Sender Registration screen. The screen has a form.

Note: If Vello does not show Register Now, SMS registration is completed and it is not necessary to do the remaining steps.
Complete the form, then select Submit.

SMS registration is started and Vello shows a Registration Pending message.

Registration usually completes in a maximum period of two weeks. When SMS registration is completed, Vello removes the Registration Pending message.

Troubleshooting: If SMS registration cannot complete because of a problem, Vello shows a Registration Error box that has an Update Registration button. To try to correct the problem, select Update Registration
