The Unconfirmed Appointments screen

Use the Unconfirmed Appointments screen to show appointments that are not confirmed and if applicable, confirm them.

This image and table give the areas and functions of the Unconfirmed Appointments screen:

Area or featureInformation
1An appointment that ezyVet synced to Vello. The appointment shows information that includes:
  • The scheduled time of the appointment
  • The appointment type
  • The staff member of the appointment
  • The patient name and species
  • The client name
  • The phone number of the client
Note: The Unconfirmed Appointments screen only shows unconfirmed appointments that have:
  • A correct phone number recorded in ezyVet
  • A correct email address recorded in ezyVet
2The Show Appointments Receiving Appointment Reminders setting. Select the setting to show appointments that receive appointment reminders from Vello. Clear the setting to include in the view appointments that do not receive appointment reminders from Vello.
3The alerts area. Select the calendar button to show pop-up window that you can use to manually confirm the appointment. After you confirm the appointment:
  1. Vello syncs the applicable appointment status back to the ezyVet calendar
  2. The calendar button shows dimmed
Note: If it is necessary to change the appointment status after you confirm the appointment, you must make the change in the ezyVet calendar.
Note: After you manually confirm an appointment, the Unconfirmed Appointments screen continues to show it until you:
  • Refresh the page
  • Go to a different screen, then go back to the Unconfirmed Appointments screen
Note: All staff members who have access to Vello can get access to the Unconfirmed Appointments screen.
Tip: The ezyVet calendar has a button that you can select to quickly and easily open the Unconfirmed Appointments screen:
