Automated Communications Cadence screen
Use the Automated Communications Cadence screen to know when Vello automatically sends messages and other related information to clients.
The screen shows:
- Each type of message that Vello sends (for example, a medical service reminder or appointment reminder)
- When Vello automatically sends each type of message
- The method that Vello uses to send messages (text message, email, or postcard)
- A Preview button that you can select to look at the text and formatting of messages
- A Modify button that you can select to tell Vello to start or stop automatic reminders for a medical service
