Add a person to a clinical case team of a clinical record

If you know that a person does work that is applicable to a clinical record, you can add them to the clinical case team of the clinical record.

  • Make sure that your ezyVet site has the applicable clinical case team
  • Make sure that your site has the applicable user accounts
To add a person to the clinical case team, do this procedure.
  1. Select Clinical.
    The Clinical tab
    The left sidebar shows clinical records of your ezyVet site.
  2. Find and select the applicable clinical record.
  3. Select Assignees.

  4. Adjacent to Assigned Users, select the plus button.

  5. In the User box, select the user account of the applicable person.

  6. If necessary, use the Team box to select a team that you can add the person to during this procedure.

  7. In the Role Permissions box, select the applicable role to give to the user account.

  8. Select Add.

The clinical case team has the person's user account. ezyVet shows the user account in the Assigned Users section:
