It is possible that a practice manager does not want a staff member to receive a commission for a product. To prevent the commission, the practice manager can make a configuration change in the applicable user account.

1. Select Admin.
   
2. In the settings list, select Users/Resources.
   
3. Select Users.
   
   ezyVet shows the configured user accounts of your site.
4. In the left sidebar, find and select the applicable user account.
   ezyVet shows the settings of the user account.
5. Select Commission.
   
   ezyVet shows a Commission screen.
6. In the Product box, select the applicable product.
   
7. In the % Commission box, enter 0
   
8. Select Save.
