Add a video to a standard operating procedure
After you add a video to a standard operating procedure, other staff can see the video directly in the document.
Make sure that you have the embed code of the
applicable video.
Note: You cannot add video files directly to a standard operating procedure. You must use the embed code of the video. If necessary, speak to your IT staff or refer to the embed code documentation of the applicable video streaming company.
Tip: YouTube and Vimeo are two examples of video streaming companies. For more information about how to get the embed codes for videos of each company, refer to:

- Select Help.
- Select Standard Operating Procedures.The left sidebar shows the available standard operating procedures.
- Put the embed code in the applicable area of the content.
