Add a signature to your ezyVet user account

ezyVet can automatically add your signature to documents and email messages. Before ezyVet can add the signature, you must add an image file of your signature to your ezyVet user account.

Make sure that you have an image file of your signature.
To add a signature, do this procedure.
  1. In the quick links area, select the user account button.

  2. Select Manage Account.

    ezyVet shows your user account settings.
  3. Select Advanced Settings.

  4. In the Email Settings section, select Choose File.

    Your device shows a file explorer window.
  5. Select your signature image file.
  6. Select Save.

Your user account has a signature that ezyVet can use with the applicable template variables (for example, {UserSignatureImage} and {VetUserSignatureImage}).
