Find all client contact records that are deactivated

Data about deactivated contact records can help your organization keep accurate data for reporting.

To find all the deactivated records, do this procedure.
  1. Select Dashboard.
    The Dashboard tab
  2. Select Records.
    The Records tab
    ezyVet shows the Records screen.
  3. Set Record Type to Contact.
    The Record Type setting
  4. Set Active to No.
    The Active setting
  5. Select Show Records.
    The Show Records button
ezyVet shows a list of the applicable records:
