If necessary, you can record clinical care information about a treatment task before the treatment task occurs. It is not necessary to complete the applicable treatment task at the same time. For example, you can add more information about the treatment.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
   Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
3. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
   
4. Find and select the applicable treatment task.
   
   Vet Radar shows the applicable treatment task pane.
5. In the Notes box, record the clinical care information.
   
6. Select SAVE NOTES.
