Schedule treatment tasks during staffed hours only

If a practice manager configured your organization’s staffed hours, the patient sheet shows your organization's staffed hours. As a result, when you schedule recurring treatment tasks, Vet Radar only schedules the treatment tasks during staffed hours.

Make sure that a practice manager configured staffed hours for your organization.

To schedule treatment tasks during staffed hours, do this procedure.

Go to the patient whiteboard.
Select the applicable patient card.
Vet Radar shows the patient sheets.
Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
Select + Add Treatment.
Vet Radar shows the Add Treatment pane.
Find and select the applicable treatment.
Vet Radar shows the pane for the applicable treatment.
Select the Task schedule box.
Select Repeating Tasks.
Enable the Limit to staffed hours only setting.
Make the other settings as necessary.
Select Add to Sheet.
