You can use a treatment template to quickly and easily add treatments to a patient sheet.

1. Go to the patient whiteboard.
2. Select the applicable patient card.
3. Use the arrows of the patient sheet control to select the applicable patient sheet.
   
4. Select + Add Treatment.
   
   Vet Radar shows the Add Treatment pane.
5. Select Template.
   
   Vet Radar shows the available treatment templates.
6. Find and select the applicable treatment template.
   
   Vet Radar shows a pane with the treatments of the treatment template.
7. Use the Start at date/time box to select the applicable start date and start time of the treatment template.
   
8. Make sure that you select the checkbox of the treatments that you want to add to the patient sheet.
   
   Tip: If you do not want to add a treatment to the patient sheet, do not select its checkbox:
   
   
9. Select the Frequency box that is adjacent to the applicable treatment.
   
   Vet Radar shows the available frequencies.
10. Select the applicable frequency of the treatment tasks.
    
11. Do step 9 thru 10 for all applicable treatments.
12. Select Add to Sheet.
    
    Vet Radar shows a confirmation message.
